How Much Does Branding Cost in Bahrain?

A straight answer to branding prices in Bahrain: what logo design, brand identity and full brand strategy packages cost, what drives the price, and how to compare quotes.

The short answer

In Bahrain, professional logo design typically starts around BHD 400–500, a complete starter brand identity sits around BHD 700–900, and a full brand system with strategy, guidelines and marketing templates runs from roughly BHD 1,900 to BHD 3,000. Below that range you are usually buying a logo file rather than a brand; above it you are typically paying international-agency overheads rather than better work.

The honest comparison is never the headline price. It is what arrives at the end. A quote should tell you how many concepts you will see, how many revision rounds are included, which file formats you receive, whether guidelines are documented and who owns the source files. Epic Branding publishes all of this per package, with prices, before any call.

What actually drives the price of a brand project?

Five things move a branding quote more than anything else. Knowing them helps you read any proposal, ours included.

  • Strategy depth: a briefing call costs less than a positioning workshop with competitor audits and audience profiling.
  • Concept count: each genuinely different creative direction is a separate design investment, not a variation.
  • System size: a logo suite alone versus colours, typography, graphic elements, photo direction and templates.
  • Documentation: a mini guide PDF versus a full brand rulebook your team and suppliers can actually follow.
  • Collateral: business cards, letterheads, social media kits and marketing templates extend the identity into daily use.

Why fixed-scope packages beat open quotes

Most agencies in the GCC quote branding by request, which makes comparison impossible and invites scope drift: the project grows, the invoice follows. A fixed-scope package states the deliverables, the price and the typical timeline up front, and holds them.

Fixed scope does not mean rigid creative. It means the commercial frame is agreed before the creative work starts, so every conversation during the project is about the brand, not the bill.

A realistic timeline

Logo-only work typically takes 2 weeks. A starter identity runs 4–6 weeks. Full brand systems take 6–12 weeks depending on strategy depth. The single biggest factor in hitting these timelines is feedback speed: a project where decisions come back within 2–3 business days almost always lands on schedule.

Questions to ask before you sign with anyone

Any serious studio should answer these in writing without hesitation. If the answers are vague, the invoice will not be.

  • How many distinct concepts will I see, and how many revision rounds are included?
  • Do I receive editable source files, and when?
  • Are brand guidelines documented, and at what depth?
  • What happens if I do not like any of the initial concepts?
  • Is the price fixed, and what exactly would trigger an extra charge?
